Return Policy By Manufacturer/Brand

Cribs & Carriages strives to bring you the very best in terms of both price and quality, with the most comprehensive warranties. In the rare instance you receive a box that is undamaged, but the item within is damaged, we will promptly assist you with an insurance claim for a refund or replacement unit/parts shipped to you at no cost. Please let us know of these damages within 72 hours of receiving your order.

DON'T WANT OR NEED YOUR CRIB / ACCESSORY ANYMORE?

Please read the following carefully as some manufacturers do not accept returns in the case of buyer's remorse (meaning you purchased a crib or accessory, but simply had a change of heart). Many high-end manufacturers have stringent policies, and many customers who purchase these have even more stringent requirements. This means that you can rest assured you have not been sold a returned unit or accessory. Lower-priced items usually can be returned, but the higher end and/or custom items have a no-return policy. Prior to ordering an item, please be sure you understand that some sales are final, per the manufacturer.
